What: Train BJJ with an awesome group of women while helping fight food insecurity in Connecticut. You can expect a group warm up, technique and drilling under the instruction of women black belts, and plenty of open rolling time in a joyful, safe environment.
Who: All-levels of women Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners. Women from all affiliations, teams, and states are welcome. Ages 18+ please.

Registration: Please register via this site by April 15th. Please place one registration in the cart at a time if registering multiple people as we collect information and waiver e-signatures via the website. If you show up the day of the event without registering we cannot guarantee you a spot on the mat.
This is designed to be a GI EVENT. Please come with a clean gi and belt. We have no rules regarding gi colors, patches, brands, etc. No wrestling shoes are permitted on the mat. Please be prepared to remove all jewelry and have nails clipped, etc. We suggest minimal to no makeup.
We are so looking forward to meeting and training with all of you! This is designed to be a no-pressure, friendly, and collaborative environment, so come as you are: in-shape, out-of-shape, injured, healthy as a horse, tired from training all week, or fresh as a daisy. Intensity and volume of drilling and rolling is at each woman’s discretion.
