True Strength Women’s Jiu-Jitsu Collective creates opportunities for women of all affiliations, ranks, backgrounds, ages, and abilities to receive high-quality technical instruction and mentorship from BJJ black belt women, connect with a community that can uplift and inspire them, and participate in joyful, safe training with other women in a non-competitive environment. With a dedication to ethical leadership and authenticity, we generate genuine support for women on their journey in martial arts and in life.

We're getting together for a solid session of drilling and rolling, made for high-ranking women in BJJ across New England. This is a chance to train hard, work technique at a high level, and keep building the strong community we’ve got going. All team affiliations welcome!

What can I expect with a true strength training event?

Sign Up for an Event
Sign up is easy- it is a one-time fee for the event of your choosing. Women of all ranks, abilities and affiliations are welcome.

Welcome and Group Warm Up
Meet your instructors for the day and do a light-intensity group warm up to get ready

Technical Instruction
Learn some awesome technique from women BJJ black belts. Meet and train with women from other gyms and teams.

Open Roll
Have a blast rolling with a diverse group of women. Training volume and intensity is at each woman’s discretion. There is space for everyone, from advanced women preparing for competition to brand new white belts that need some guidance with live sparring.
